“The pump was screaming and the filter gauge never came down. They traced it to a stuck valve, showed me the part and gave me the price before touching anything.”
Pool, spa and house plumbing
Pool plumbing that starts at the pad
Leaks, loud pumps, heaters that won't warm and valves that won't turn. We plumb and repair the equipment pad for pool owners and the builders who dig the pools, and we fix the plumbing inside the house too.

The pad
Read your equipment pad
Every pool pushes water through the same loop. Here is where it fails, one part at a time, so you can tell us what you see.
- In the photo
Pump
Under the valves, behind the pipes at center. It pulls water from the skimmer and main drain and pushes it on.
Grinding or squealing
Air bubbles under the clear lid
- In the photo
Filter
The grey tank on the left. It catches what the pump pulls in before the water goes back.
Pressure climbs faster than it used to
A weep at the clamp or drain
- Not pictured
Heater
Next in line after the filter, and not in this photo. It warms the water on its way back to the pool.
Won't fire, or shuts off
Water leaks at the unions
- In the photo
Valves
The black valves and white pipes on the right. They send water to the pool, the spa, the cleaner or a fountain.
Handles stuck or stripped
Weeping at the stem or a glued joint

Your pad will look different. Text us a photo and we will tell you which part is which.
Services
What we fix
Same crew for the pad and the house.
Leaks and low water
We pressure-test the lines one at a time to find which one is losing water.
Pump, filter and valve swaps
We set and plumb the new part. Wiring stays with a licensed electrician.
Heater plumbing
The water side: unions, bypass and check valve, so the heater sees the flow it needs.
Autofill and fountain lines
Autofill valves, deck jets and water-feature lines that run too long or not at all.
Spa plumbing
Jets, diverters and the lines between the spa and the pad.
Plumbing in the house
Faucets, toilets, water heaters, hose bibs and shutoff valves.
For builders and routes
Building a pool? Plumb it once.
We rough in the lines to the pad layout on your plans, pressure-test each one before the shell is shot, and leave photos of every run for your file. Pool service companies can send us the repairs they find on their routes.
Rough-in to your pad layout
A pressure test on every line
Photos of each run, kept for your file
Repair referrals from pool routes

What pool owners and builders wrote
“The pool kept losing water. They tested the lines one at a time and found it under the deck, not at the pad. Quiet crew, tidy work.”
“Their rough-in matched my plan, and the pressure-test photos went straight into the job file.”

Quick answers
Do you work on the pool equipment, or only the pipes?
The plumbing side of the pad: lines, valves, unions, the pump and filter connections and the water side of the heater. Wiring stays with a licensed electrician, and we will tell you when a job needs one.
My pump is loud or won't prime. What do I do before you come?
Turn the pump off at the breaker. Check that the skimmer baskets are clear and the water is above the skimmer opening. If it still pulls air, text us a photo of the pump lid and the pad.
How do I know if the pool is leaking or just evaporating?
Do a bucket test: set a bucket of water on the first step, mark both water lines, and check a few days later. If the pool drops more than the bucket, call us and we will test the lines.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Aylin Huerta in the office and Bryan Mireles on the crew speak Spanish. Not every technician does, and we will say who is coming. Every page of this site has a Spanish version.
What does a visit cost?
It depends on the part and the access. You get a written price before work starts. Read how pricing works for what is and is not included.
