Services

Pool, spa and house plumbing

Most calls start with a photo of the pad. Here is what we do from there.

  • Leak finding and repair

We separate evaporation from a leak, then test suction, return and autofill lines one at a time.

    • Pressure test, line by line

    • A photo of where the water is going

    • Repair at the pad, or a written price to open the deck

  • Pad repair and rebuild

Pumps, filters, valves and unions set and plumbed to the layout that makes the pad easy to service.

    • Parts you chose, or ones we recommend

    • Valves labeled when we leave

    • Wiring by a licensed electrician

  • Heater, spa and water features

The water side of the heater, spa diverters and jets, and the lines to fountains and deck jets.

    • Unions, bypass and check valve

    • Gas connections go to the licensed trade that does them

  • Plumbing inside the house

The same crew fixes faucets, toilets, water heaters, hose bibs and shutoff valves.

    • Leaks under sinks and behind walls

    • A written price before work starts

Inside and out

Plumbing for the house, from the same crew

A pad leak often shows up as a wet patch in the yard or a low pool. The same technicians who read your pad can look at the water heater, the hose bibs and the shutoff at the street.

  • Faucets, toilets and fixtures

  • Water heaters

  • Hose bibs, shutoffs and supply lines
