Questions

What pool owners ask first

How do I know a plumber is licensed?

Ask for the license number and look it up with the state's contractor board. Ours is in the footer of every page.

What should I do if the pad is spraying water?

Turn the pump off at the breaker, not the timer. Then text us a photo.

Do you take calls at night?

No. The office opens at 6 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. Saturday. Text any time and we read it then. There is no after-hours rate because we don't work nights.

Will I get a price before you start?

Yes, in writing and by text. Nothing starts without your yes.

How long does a pad repair take?

A valve or union can be a few hours. A new pump or filter plumbed in is usually a visit. We give you the time with the price.

Do you pull permits?

When the work needs one, yes, and it is on the written price.

Do you work on heaters?

On the water side. If you smell gas, leave, call the gas utility, then call us. Gas connections go to the licensed trade that does them.

Where do you work?

Mesa and the road east and south to Florence, Coolidge and Superior. The full list is on the home page.

Does my house have lead or polybutylene pipe?

Homes built before 1986 can have lead solder, and some homes from the 1980s and 1990s have polybutylene supply lines. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the line coming in. Pipe from that era is worth a look before you replace anything.

What does the warranty cover?

Parts carry the maker's own terms, and we put our labor terms on the written price. We don't promise anything we haven't written down.

Still have a question?

Text it. A person writes back.
